Name ChangeName Change

Effective April 1, 2010, 33 (Halifax) Service Battalion and 35 (Sydney) Service Battalion were formally
amalgamated to form 36 (Nova Scotia) Service Battalion, an Army Reserve unit assigned to 36 Canadian Brigade Group.

We have now changed the name of our band to reflect this name change by our sponsor.

We remain a volunteer civilian band sponsored by the
36 (Nova Scotia) Service Battalion, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Formed in 1977 we are a non competitive band participating in parades
and performing at special events throughout the province and beyond.
